Last updated: 21 July 2026These terms apply to your use of babyhouseshoes.com and any order you place with BabyHouse Shoes ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We try to show every product, colour, and size as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences are normal. All items are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue products at any time. Sizing is by foot length — please use our Size Guide before ordering.
Prices are shown in US$ or NZ$ using the toggle at the top of the site; the NZ$ figure is indicative and the exact amount charged is confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
Delivery timeframes, costs, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you (such as the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent legislation in your country). Those rights always apply in addition to our policies.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Zealand, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your own country of residence.
